What is Vantage PPO?
Vantage PPO is a preferred provider organization. We are a provider network
that contracts with, hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers. We offer
our network to employers throughout western Pennsylvania, southwestern New
York and northeastern Ohio.
Vantage PPO is not an insurance company and does not have access to benefit or
eligibility information.
Who do I call for information regarding health benefits,
eligibility, co-pay information and claim status?
Please call your third party administrator (TPA) for any of the above
inquiries. Your third party administrator is responsible for handling all
benefits, eligibility and claims processing questions. Their telephone number
appears on the back of your insurance identification card.
How do I know if my physician/provider participates in the
Vantage PPO network?
Please click on the "provider search" portion of this website, which is
updated regularly, or you may call Vantage at 814/337-0000 locally, or
800/955-5247 out of the area.
Who should I call if my physician/provider does not
currently participate with Vantage PPO?
Please call a Vantage PPO representative at 814/337-0000 locally, or

When I call my provider's office for an appointment, what
information should I give them?
Please tell the provider's office that you access the Vantage PPO network.
Upon arrival for your appointment, please make sure you present your most
recent insurance identification card issued to you.
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
No. You may obtain service from any participating specialist. Please make sure
to consult with your third party administrator for information regarding
co-pays and benefits information.
