VMC is a limited partnership that is formed to raise capital for new services which are targets to administrative and non-clinical services offered to health care providers. VMC targets services that are currently outsourced by health care providers or services that could result in savings to providers if they were shared. VMC develops and/or markets these services and generates it revenues from fees for the service or commissions.
Investors of VMC must be accredited investors, determined by completing the investor questionnaire, residing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Investors are limited partners.
